As you can see here, I have written a children's book, called Pancakes & Pickles, which is a whimsical story of the travel adventure a young boy takes around the world to celebrate his birthday. It is a great introduction to the magical world around us where fun, memories and new friends await!
I am currently working on a novel that tells the story of Uyghur women trapped in a re-education camp in the desert of Xinjiang, China, their unlikely friendship, and the big questions about suffering and oppression that they are asking themselves and each other.
I also dabble in haiku and other poetry from time to time. And you never know what else I will feel inspired to do!
